I am not much into shooting flowers - but turns out that I had managed to shoot few of these over the years. I am better at capturing flower in larger backdrop instead of doing the close ups - as you can see below. I am sure you agree.
Shot July 15, 2012 - A Park in Northern Bangkok in the evening. Carl Zeiss f1.8, 135mm lens. AWB

This flower is simply amazing - I love asymmetry in nature.

One my favorite photograph. Used this photograph as a wallpaper for the longest time on my desktop. Took this shot at Nagarkot in one of the lodges belonging to a friend of mine. The color of pink rose, green plants and moss wall simply come together.
Rocoh SLR with Sigma 35mm Lens 1991
This is probably the first ever photograph if the flower I ever took with my old Ricoh SLR. What can I say I was still learning.

I know I know these shots are too predictable and tourist-drive-by-shooting. Flower market in Bangkok.
